About Us

Since we met in 2010, Anglesey has been part of our adventure. Jay is a mountaineer and Gwen a sailor and Anglesey was a great base for both. Having spent several years traveling for weekends away, we decided to sell everything and make it our future.

We came looking for a small renovation project, a place to escape, but ended up falling in love with Plas Llechylched, which was so much more. Since then, we’ve worked hard to turn a dated house and derelict barns into holiday accommodation that families love to revisit year after year. Our vision was to create something that we would love to stay in and make it a sustainable property for the future.

The project started in 2015, with the renovation of the Manor House into holiday accommodation, whilst we lived in Gamekeepers and started the process of getting planning permission for the rest of the site. The first cottage converted was the Hayloft, then the Coach House, the Old Dairy, the Forge and we are now working on The Tack Room and The Stables.

We hope to complete in early 2023. We love being outdoors, sailing, paddleboarding, coasteering, walking, running, swimming, and just generally enjoying life and we think Anglesey is a fantastic place to do it. We hope you love it too.
