A compact ground floor cottage, with 2 king size, en-suite bedrooms, south facing patio with hot tub, open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with wood burner.

From the front door, you enter into the open plan living space and can look straight through the patio doors to the south facing patio and open views beyond.

With a small storage cupboard for coats and the washing machine, the lounge, dining space and kitchen forms to central area of the cottage which has two king size bedrooms off either end with en-suite shower rooms.

The lounge space has a 4-seater sofa and armchair, smart TV and log burner for those chilly evenings. The dining space has seating for four and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need for most meals, with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.

Both bedrooms have king size beds, although one can be split into 3' singles should you wish (please request at time of booking) and en-suite shower rooms.

To the rear of the property is a patio with outdoor table and seating for 4, a charcoal BBQ (in the summer) and a hot tub with views out to the open fields beyond. From the patio you can access a separate paddock (shared with other cottages) which is separated by a low level picket style fence. There is car parking for one car outside the property (more close by with agreement).
